Halley's Comet (aka Interplanetary Pet Play) is a comet that orbits the Sun every 75.3 years. It was subject to military operations at least once (Old Man Waterfall helped reconquer it) and was Earth's primary source of ice to combat global warming until the resources were depleted in 3003.
